What is really an event planner?

It is the person who takes a feeling and transforms it, with a vision and excellent planning, into a unique story and then shares it with everyone.

Why should we hire a wedding planner?

A wedding planner is the person who will help you organize the wedding of your dreams, who will be there for you, at your side in every step of the way. She/he will take care of every little detail even things you would never think are necessary for an ideal wedding. She/he will be your friend and your confidant, the person who will be there for you in any crisis, will give you solutions, will ensure that the whole procedure until the wedding will be stress-free and joyful, will create the magical, elegant scenery you were looking for. A friend or a relative is always helpful but she/he cannot know all the things needed for a successful wedding event or to have the experience to overcome difficulties or any obstacles that may occur.

Who is the ideal wedding planner for us?

The person, who will make you feel comfortable, will make you feel you can trust her/him, will understand your vision, you desires and fully respect them. The one that will put your happiness first and is ready to give her/his best in order to create the wedding you are dreaming of.

Who are the first vendors / wedding professionals we should hire, besides you?

Well, you should book your photographer (and videographer if you wish one). The best ones in their profession always receive a lot of requests and get hired quite early. Next, your dj to ensure the best music you can have at your wedding.

Are we going to have the full control of our wedding?

You will have the full control on everything in the whole wedding planning procedure. From the decorative details to your budget. It is very important to us to make you feel completely comfortable with every single decision you will take.

How early should we start planning our wedding and book a wedding planner?

As soon as possible. Especially if you are coming from abroad a year ahead is ideal. There are a lot of issues we will need to discuss, take care of and solve and having sufficient time is crucial. However, an experienced wedding planner may be able to organize your wedding in much less than a year, even in just a few months, as it has happened in our Agency in the past.

How do we arrange a meeting with you?

Use our contact form or send us an email. We will contact you within 24 hours and arrange a meeting with you, either in our office, or via skype/whatsapp, if you are living abroad.

How often do we have to communicate since the day that we hire you?

That depends on both sides. We will always be available for you, 24/7.

What types or sizes of wedding have you planned and coordinate until now?

We have planned Elopements, Religious, Civil and Symbolic weddings until now. The sizes start from just two people (an elopement) to weddings with around 400 guests. Our ability and diversity allows us to be able to cope with any challenge.

Where do you mostly work?

We work where the couple chooses to get married. Until now, we have planned events in Athens, in Thessaloniki, in selected places of the rest of Greece’s mainland as well as in the islands, like Folegandros, Milos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos, Crete and other. We prefer and suggest to our couples to choose to get married in smaller islands, the hidden gems of the Greek nature, that are more intimate, private, less touristic, even seclusive in some cases, the perfect wedding destination to escape the hustle and bustle of a crowded place and feel like your wedding is being celebrated by the whole island.

What kind of planning services do you offer? Will you be able to plan other activities for pre-wedding and / or next day(s)?

We are working in every aspect of event planning, from Invitations, Save the date & wedding Website, Paperwork Management (for Religious & Civil weddings) Guest Management, Inspiration and Concept Design & Development, Accommodation & Transportation, Venue Scouting & Booking, Catering management, Event Itineraries and Menus, Favours, Welcome & Thank you Gifts, Styling, Flowers, Décor & Assembly, Pre-wedding or/and Next day Activities (ex. Private Boat trip, Diving, Brunch, Beach Party or Horse riding), Bridal & Groom Pampering, Technical equipment & Support, Photography, Video & Music (DJs & live bands), Vendor Team Recruitment & Suppliers Assignment, on-site Administration, Management & Expenditure. We provide a personalized experience.

Do you suggest and work only with vendors that you know well and have worked with in the past or you are open in working with new vendors, people that we may choose and you don't know yet?

We always suggest vendors and professionals that we value their work and their professionalism and we are ready to vouch for them, though we also have worked and are willing to work in the future with vendors that you choose and you may feel more comfortable with.

Will you be present on our wedding day?

Our presence on your wedding day is a given. We are there from early in the morning taking care of every single detail until late at night, when your party starts and we make sure that you have the time of your life!

Do you have a specific number of crew members that will work on our wedding?

It depends on the needs of the event, and the size of it. Sometimes only two are enough and sometimes a full crew of 7 to 10 people is compulsory to achieve the best result.

Do you offer specific, standard wedding packages?

No, we offer personalized packages according to your desires and needs. We first talk with you, hear very carefully and understand your thoughts, needs and dreams and then send you an offer which reflects your unique vision of your ideal wedding.

How are you compensated for your event planning services?

We have chosen the best way, according to our experience that most couples would choose as well. We charge a percentage of the overall budget. However, a flat rate is also on the table as an option.

Will you charge our first meeting?

Of course not. We want to meet you, listen to your story and find the best way to make your dream a reality

Why is it important to set a budget beforehand and why a wedding planner should know about it?

The budget is a very important issue in a wedding planning procedure and it will be to your benefit to set one before contacting the vendors you want to hire. We find it extremely important for you to have the full control of the budget you want to spend on your wedding. We may be visionaries and full of imagination when creating a wedding but we are also realists and we want to protect our couples from useless waste of money. Life with its desires and needs continues after the wedding.

Will you negotiate with the wedding vendors and professionals and ensure better prices for us?

We always do. That is one of the advantages of having a wedding planner at your side and not just get help from a friend or a relative. We know how to negotiate and manage to provide better prices for our couples.

Do we have to travel to Greece before our wedding?

You don’t have to travel to Greece or anywhere else you have chosen as your wedding destination, unless you want to go on holiday! We are your representatives, we will take care of everything and you will get regular updates, offers and suggestions for you to choose and decide.

After our first meeting and if we decide to work with you, what do we do?

As you will see, after our first meeting and a general presentation of our agency that will be sent to you, we confirm the date, we jointly sign a contract and you transfer a deposit to secure the date and our services as discussed and agreed during our skype session
